HR Policy
Litigation
Cost
Technology
Training
34% of employees believe that culture is the biggest barrier to smart working
It is arguable that the historical lack of legislation or policy on remote work has effectively left the responsibility for its uptake to employers and managers. The lack of a clear framework or awareness of the options available to support them has presented a barrier to remote work.
We look forward to addressing this with our flexible work toolkit, our flexible work audit and our training programmes – contact us to find out more.
