Vicky is based in Dublin and has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources, Recruitment and Training. She has extensive knowledge of CV preparation, LinkedIn profiles, supporting clients with interviews and coaching. She loves to work with people to help them leverage their strengths and build their confidence in the workplace.
She is a qualified Life, Business and Executive Coach since 2011 and a qualified trainer. She also holds a Diploma in Social Media Marketing and has been back to study several times as a mature student. She’s really interested in the area of work / life balance, diversity and supporting returners. She has worked internationally across several industries and experienced life as a working mother. Through this life experience and her empathetic and supportive coaching approach, she is able to understand and coach her clients without judgement.
Vicky is the founder of Pivot Career Coaching, an online coaching and training business. She supports EmployMum and Employflex clients through remote individual coaching to help them make work, work for them.
