About the Role

We are seeking a creative and commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive (Part-time, Maternity Cover). The successful candidate will become a key team member in generating demand and driving growth for OUR CLIENT’s market leading CMMS. The role will report directly to the Marketing Director but will work closely with all parts of the business, particularly the Sales team, Customer Success Manager and Account Management functions to drive sales leads from new and existing customers across the business.

The successful candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of the software industry and a proven track record in inbound and outbound marketing & lead generation activity. The position requires a hands-on individual who is confident, highly motivated, collaborative and target driven.

What you will do

With guidance from the Marketing Director, manage day-day execution of the marketing plan to deliver agreed weekly lead and marketing qualified lead (MQL) targets.
Work with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop, implement, and manage digital inbound and outbound marketing programmes, such as email and social media, third party lead generation and software review campaigns, and targeted lead generation and nurturing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms.
Daily management, review, and administration of all internal digital marketing channels including website, Email, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube channels.
Daily management, review, and administration of all third-party marketing channels including LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Growth-X, G2.com, Motarme, and CompareSoft.
Daily management, administration, and cleansing of new MS Dynamics 365 CRM system (leads, contacts, accounts).
Proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different marketing channels. This includes regular blogs, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, and regular news items.
Multi-channel lead prospecting, qualification and nurturing using call scripts and email templates.
Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
Continuously research and document suitable events, trade publications, and other third-party marketing channels to reach Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Weekly reporting of tactical marketing performance versus targets, incorporating relevant digital campaign metrics and analytics (e.g. email, website, LinkedIn engagement).
What you will have

Competency and ability in Digital Marketing is essential.
Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., HubSpot, MSD Marketing) and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A personable, self-confident attitude with the ability to hold conversations with internal and external stakeholders, particularly at a Senior level.
Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.
● Strong prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task.

● Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, in partnership with other team members.

Contract runs until the end of November ( possibly longer )
Hybrid role with 2 days required in office

Pay: €20.00 per hour
