Office Administrator


Our growing Tullamore based client seek an Office Administrator to join their team.

The role can be anywhere from 25 hours per week to full time hours for the right candidate.

Your role will include varied office manager duties, admin, as well as helping the senior team with pricing and ordering materials.

You will be trained in supporting management with tender processes.

You should be confident in a busy, fast paced enivornment, and have the ability to multitask and work to deadlines.


Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Driven Team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative.
Have a methodical & organized work ethic.
Excellent attention to detail is essential for this role.
Experience in AutoCAD an advantage but not essential
Job Type: Part-time

Part-time hours: 25-39 per week

Salary: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year

Tullamore, CO. Offaly: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
