The customer is king at this clients office, their mission is to facilitate freedom of their users from the time they spend using data with their smart SAAS offering.
They are looking to support a full time Customer Support Advisor to support their growing business.
While the hours are full time, it is flexible as to when you get done, if you need to take afternoons off to do school pick up & homework, that is fine. Once your hours get done within the week.
As most of the support is done via email, you don’t need to be available 9-5 daily.
Reporting to CCO, the ideal candidate will:
Be organised, process driven and an excellent communicator.
Have strong problem solving ability.
Have some experience in working in a technical environment or customer support role.
Be a self starter and have the ability to work independently.
Be fluent in English (written and spoken and have a visa to work in Ireland).
The Role
Management of Support Helpdesk (mainly by email).
Quality assurance on daily data extractions and trouble-shooting to identify issues.
Remote installations of our ETL software on client sites (full training provided).
Assist on onboarding customers.
Assist the development team on project tasks as needed (testing etc)
