Brand Agency – Manager

Our Sandyford, Dublin based branding agency seek a Part time studio manager/Project Manager to join their busy team. This can be from 20 – 25 hours per week.

While there will some remote involved, there will be a requirement for weekly in-house days due to nature of the role.

Planning daily/weekly work schedules of the team

8+ years’ experience, design/architectural consultancy background a bonus

Flexible hours, some remote available

Duties will include:

support our development we are seeking a part-time studio manager to work alongside our exiting management team.

The ideal candidate is likely to have worked in a design or architectural consultancy in either a creative or project management capacity. The role is defined below.

Studio Manager

– Managing day-to-day operation of a busy design studio

– Planning daily and weekly work schedule for all members of the design team:

5 to 6 designers plus freelancers as needs be;

– Tracking design time on studio time management software Harvest;

– Managing individual design projects and reporting to clients on progress

(graphic, website, packaging and print etc);

– Managing 3rd party suppliers as appropriate: freelancers, printers, sign

contractors, uniform suppliers etc;

– Hosting work-in-progress meeting weekly;

– Advise financial controller on which projects are ready for invoicing;

– Resourcing of design staff and interns;

– Contribution to overall studio moral.

Reporting to our Design Director, the role is part-time but could evolve in to full time if

appropriate. The work schedule is flexible so long as it coordinates with the Design

Director schedule.

Ideally the Studio Manager would be based in our clients’ studio in Sandyford however they are open to remote working.

Salary scale is between €40,000 to €50,000 per annum for the full time role so will be pro rated accordingly.
